We have now used Ravenshead Interiors on three occasions in three separate houses and have found the service and attention to detail to be fantastic.

What makes this company different is the whole team who take the utmost care from Darren the owner and designer and the team of specialists who work with him.

I addition I would definitely recommend Ravenshead Interiors for the following reasons:

The date you are given for the work is the date it starts
Details are always given as to the exact time the team will turn up to start work each day
Darren visits the project every day or is in touch by phone to update you on progress and the plan going forward and always puts forward changes that will make it even better even after the project has started
We have trusted him totally with our projects to the point where we say he can choose the fittings etc as we trust his judgement and he knows what we are looking for
Payment is made in stages with the final payment not made until we have been totally happy
The team are very polite courteous and very tidy (We cant remember all their names (sorry) but Neil, Dwayne, Paul and all the others are just great)
They even fitted in very kindly a very small difficult job for my 87 year old mum who is now so happy and grateful
They are reliable and honest and there is no pressure for making quick decisions

we are not sure what else to say except Thank you, thank you, thank you great work great professionalism , great customer service and their goal is to ensure the customer is happy.

Back in early 2009 Darren Whitsed designed and had fitted out kitchen (see previous feed-back) We were delighted! In January 2010 he did the same with the utility room. We were delighted! So, in April this year we let him loose with the bathroom. A task originally designated as a DIY project. Although we thought we knew just what we wanted, with his excellent fitters & Darren’s design input, they created a room beyond all our expectations. Although we messed them about with several changes of mind they took it in their stride with consideration & patience. Despite a larger shower cubicle & no additional fitting the bathroom appears to be so much more spacious – perhaps Ravenshead Interiors should add a small print warning:- “Our designs may contain traces of magic”! Having spent quite a long time considering the acquisition of a new bathroom, visiting a number of suppliers and feeling generally overwhelmed at the prospect of embarking on such a project, we finally visited Ravenshead Interiors and met Darren. After our initial chat, Darren visited us at home and we were on the road to updating our old and tired-looking bathroom.

Darren managed the entire process meticulously and was extremely methodical, making what seemed like hundreds of lists! He was also very helpful and patient when we were making choices about sanitary-ware and tiles.

All of the people deployed on the various aspects of the job were reliable – they turned up when they were expected, pleasantly got on with the task and cleared up at the end of the day. Darren arrived most evenings to ensure progress had been made as expected and that the job was ready to proceed onto the next stage the following day.

A couple of problems were encountered during the work but these were quickly resolved and the job was finished on time and to budget. Once all the work was completed, the new bathroom was thoroughly cleaned and everything was left sparkling.

We also experienced the excellent “after-sales” service when we needed to contact Darren to deal with one or two issues that arose. He responded positively and quickly, keeping in touch to ensure that all was well.

Overall we are very pleased with the finished result and extremely satisfied with the service provided by Darren at Ravenshead Interiors.

Lets start with the brief. I want to lose the kitchen door & open up the kitchen / utility spaceto create a better living space. Within an hour of returning from the showroom + asking the question, Darren was on the phone to tell me he had spoken to the council + I could loose my kitchen door. Efficiency or what? The rest of the brief then, a range cooker with stainless steel splash back, a belfast sink with granite surround + real wood work surfaces + last but not least a space for the kitchen table so it wasn’t in the middle of the room. Did he deliver? You be he did with the efficiency I had witnessed many months earlier.

Every tradesman that came to the house, were pleasant, professional + extremely hard workers. The project finished on schedule thanks to Darren’s project managing + of course his lists!

We are highly delighted with our new kitchen, utility room + downstairs loo. An enourmous thank-you to Darren and all his team + not forgetting of course Nicola and Bernie. A big thank-you.
